Yuva Varadhi is a federation of college social clubs and NGOs working for a developed Nation. Yuva Varadhi has a strength of about 400 Volunteers, 31 Colleges and 7 NGOs.

Yuva Varadhi has formulated a scientific Career Counselling workshop that aims at inspiring them to aspire for greater heights in life there by making them dream BIG!

Career counselling workshops have been very scientifically designed to impact the thought process in the students
Phase 1: Goal setting Career Workshop
Goal setting career workshops are primarily focused on helping a student have a goal in life and help him build a path to it to convert his dreams into reality.

Phase 2: Goal Sustenance and Career Workshops
In this phase, the sustenance of their dreams is measured. Their dreams are made concrete by providing them ample information about the careers chosen and also furnish them with details about the universities offering the course, scholarships, free hostel facilities, residential colleges etc.
